  • South East Queensland Forests Agreement
    In historic agreement resolving forestry issues in South East Queensland.
  • Statewide Forests Process
    A regional forest planning initiative for areas outside South East Queensland.
  • Plantation Hardwoods Research Fund
    The Plantation Hardwoods Research Fund was established in support of the Statewide Forests Process. The broad objective of the Fund is to assist the development of a viable plantation based industry in Queensland, including the processing and manufacturing sectors.
  • Timber Industry Development
    The forest and wood products industry operates in a competitive global marketplace. Project Development and Facilitation has a pivotal role to play in expanding the foundations for investment, employment, creativity and entrepreneurship in the forest and wood products industry in Queensland. That is, the creation of a Smart State forest and wood product industry.
